Showroom Sales Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the jobholder will be responsible for setting-up sales budgets & objective for volume growth & prepare yearly forecasts; achieving challenging sales targets; providing leadership & direction to the sales team; developing sales & marketing strategies to retain existing customers & enlarge new customer base and managing the showroom as a profit center. Ideal candidate will be a graduate in the age group of 35-45 years with a minimum of 8 years of proven track record in selling passenger & commercial vehicles in a managerial position of which at least 3 years should have been as a Showroom Manager in a reputed automobile company. Candidate with experience in selling Japanese cars in the GCC will be at an advantage. High level of PC proficiency along with excellent man management & inter personal skills are prerequisites for the position.
